Because every item is handmade and often personalized, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is an error on my part, such as a misspelling, design issue, or if the wrong item was sent.

Please double-check all spelling, color choices, and personalization details before submitting your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

Chaotic Bliss Designs is not responsible for damage or delays caused by the shipping carrier once your package leaves my hands, but I’ll gladly help you file a claim if needed.
