All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Chaotic Bliss Designs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the postal carrier, but I’ll always do my best to help you resolve any issues.

If you need your order by a specific date, please message me before placing your order to confirm timing.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup is available in Richmond Hill, GA by appointment only. You’ll receive an email or text once your order is ready with pickup instructions.

Local delivery may be available for certain areas or events — please reach out before ordering if you’d like to check availability.
